Fred Pakkala Joins PR Aqua Team

The PR Aqua team welcomes Fred Pakkala! Fred has 32 years of wide-ranging experience as an Engineering Design Technologist in multiple industrial sectors and projects, providing engineering design drafting support. He also has experience in project management and construction inspection on a variety of projects. Fred previously worked for PR Aqua for five years as an Engineering Design Technologist and an assistant Project Manager, including attending the Freshwater Institute Recirculating Aquaculture System short course. Fred is happy to be working for PR Aqua again. He believes in and supports Recirculating Aquaculture Systems as an ecological solution for feeding the planet. Fred graduated with honors from SAIT with an Engineering Design & Drafting Technology Diploma.
